Non-Refundable Services
Because tarot readings are a time-based, personalized service, all completed readings are non-refundable.
Refunds Before the Session
You may request a refund 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
No refunds will be issued if:
- You cancel less than 24 hours before the session
- You miss or forget your appointment
- You are late and the reading time has to be shortened
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once, at least 24 hours before the session.
Digital Products
All digital downloads or email readings are non-refundable once delivered.
